This is Kiernan Shipka, the 10-year-old actress who plays Sally Draper in TV series Mad Med, modeling for Interview magazine. She's freaking wearing Burberry Prorsum.

Galliano menswear S/S 2011

Let's be honest here... Who the hell cares about menswear??? I certainly don't. :) But the curiosity in me grew when I heard John Galliano's collection had Charlie Chaplin as a reference. Chaplin can be a good inspiration, but work with it is also quite tricky: everything can get ludicrous and silly in a heartbeat.

 

In the end, I liked it very much! This psycho Chaplin is so interesting that it took me minutes to look at the clothes. Very creepy (in a good way, I guess). And the outfits... oh, very nice! It is not that I don't like skinny trouses for man. I certainly do, but all menswear collections out there have them this season. And to see some new proportions here is refreshing (and is much easier for me to ask my boyfriend to wear those for sure)!
